Verilan customers have 24/7 desktop access to support. Anytime there is a problem with any aspect of a Verilan supported installation the customer simply logs into the helpdek system, asks for assistance and we respond in the most appropriate way for the problem being presented.

Helpdesk responses can be simple telephone and on-screen walk-throughs, remote access to a user's computer to fix the system or, when resolution can't be achieved remotely, an onsite visit.

Typically, in a customer's working day, we will respond within an hour. Contractually we guarantee a 4 hour response time but, like everything at Verilan, we habitually exceed our guaranteed performance promise.
